RV manufacturing company stocks closed mostly higher Wednesday possibly because Winnebago reported strong earnings for the quarter ended May 27.

Winnebago, which hit a 52-week low on Tuesday, reported its earnings were up 11% and its was sales revenue increased 10% during the March-through-May period. Winnebago stock gained 3/16 on Wednesday to close at 13 1/16.

Fleetwood was one of the RV manufacturers that did not see its stock post a gain Wednesday. Its shares lost 1/8 to close at 15 7/16.

Meanwhile, the broader market closed mixed with the Nasdaq composite losing 54 points, or 1.4%, while the Dow Jones Industrial average gained 66 points or 0.6%.
