RV stocks were mixed Thursday, providing a contrast to the generally upbeat performance posted Wednesday.

Suffering the biggest loss was Fleetwood Enterprises Inc., which saw its stock decline 11/16, a change of 4.5%, to close at 14 3/4. Fleetwood also had the highest trading volume among manufacturers, with more than 237,000 shares changing hands.

In the overall market, the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 26.87, a gain of .25%, to close at 10714.82. The Nasdaq composite rose 48.33, a full 1%, closing at 3845.74.
