G&G Media LLC, the Elkhart, Ind.-based publishers of RVBusiness, Woodall’s Campground Magazine and At The Campsite, is looking for an innovative, competitive self-starter to sell print and digital advertising to our existing client base and prospect for new clients within the B2B and B2C markets.
Media sales experience is a plus, but is not necessary, as we will train. Candidates must have a burning desire to succeed. Integrity, professionalism and teamwork are essential.
The position involves selling advertising to clients to meet sales goals, cultivating new client relationships, aggressive prospecting and management of current accounts by addressing client needs.
Essential Hard Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM systems.
Essential Soft Skills: Strong organization, effective written and oral communication, attention to detail, a positive and proactive approach, customer service oriented and a creative mindset.
Travel: Approximately 6-8 times per year
Compensation: Salary, plus commission and bonus structure. Total monetary compensation for this position is in the $85K-$115K+ range.
