The Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) recently announced additional workshop speakers slated to appear at the 2006 RV Dealers International Convention/Expo featuring the RV Learning Center.
This year’s Convention/Expo runs Sept. 26-29 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
Workshops include:
Sept. 26/The Performance Culture—Lessons from Southwest Airlines. Jason Young: Young will convey the strategies and training programs implemented during his tenure at Southwest Airlines that consistently earned the company a No. 1 rating in customer service and employee satisfaction.
Sept. 27/ Managing Growth, Not Chaos, Richard Flint: This program will challenge all levels of leadership to look at how they spend their time, outlining the processes that will allow dealers to have the time to manage growth, not chaos.
Sept. 27/Closing Skills Workout: 46 Exercises to Become a Lean Mean Closing Machine, Paul Cummings: In this intense, fun, and information-packed program, attendees will learn how to become proficient at the art of closing, including multiple steps to increase sales.
Sept. 28/Gaining the Edge! Inspiring People to Take Action and Make a Difference, Chip Eichelberger: Formerly Tony Robbins’ international point man, Eichelberger will demonstrate how to take consistent action and be accountable in critical life areas to improve performance at work and in the home.
