The Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) announces five staff promotions including the following:
• Ronnie Hepp now is vice president for administration. She is responsible for the direction of the RVDA’s financial, human and facility resources as well as administration of RVDA corporate boards and committees. Hepp, who joined the RVDA in 1994, also serves as the association’s chief liaison to the RVDA-Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) Technician Certification Governing Board.
• Phil Ingrassia now is vice president for communications. He is responsible for the direction of membership, industry and external communications as well as program development. Ingrassia, who joined the RVDA in 1996, also serves as the RVDA’s staff liaison to the Go RVing Coalition and the Go RVing Committee on Excellence.
• Hank Fortune now is director of finance. He is responsible for financial management of the RVDA’s three corporations: RVDA, The RVDA Education Foundation and the RV Assistance Corp. (RVAC). Fortune joined the RVDA in 1998.
• Chuck Boyd now is dealer services manager. He is responsible for managing RV retailer retention and recruitment, and member benefit programs. Boyd, who joined the RVDA in 1998, also manages retailer participation in the Go RVing Dealer Program.
• Susan Charter now is associate services manager. She is responsible for managing RVDA programs for association business partners that include manufacturers, suppliers, financial service providers and other companies that serve RV retailers. Charter joined the RVDA in 1999.
