As interest in RV travel continues to grow, swift and effective followup on prospects is something that can make a good year even better for RV dealerships.
Endorsed by the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA), Customer Service Intelligence’s (CSI) Lead Qualifier program is designed to follow up on sales prospects immediately and get the information right back to the dealership. RVDA reported in a press release that the Lead Qualifier program uses telephone contact with prospects to obtain information about their purchase intentions and provides daily prospect contact e-mail and online reports to dealers and sales managers.

“CSI’s Lead Qualifier program is designed to give sales managers and sales people specific information that will make their own customer contact more productive,” said CSI President Becky Thompson. “The more information the sales force has about the customer, the easier it is develop a strategy to close the deal.”
