RVDA President Phil Ingrassia presented the award to Cequent, congratulating Reese on reaching the “distinguished milestone of 40 years of membership with RVDA.”

“Reese is a name, a brand, that’s been recognized and trusted industrywide for decades, and we owe that, in part, to being a member of a group like RVDA,” said Tom Benson, CPP president, in a press release. “The relationships we’ve established over the years have helped us to maintain Reese’s elite status in the industry to this day.”

Reese has been a household name in the heavy-duty towing industry since 1952, with a core product line that includes the Titan series of fifth-wheel hitches, the Sidewinder pin box, which enhances maneuverability and comfort in traveling with a fifth-wheel trailer, and the Goose Box, a gooseneck RV coupler designed to allow RV trailer owners to tow with their gooseneck hitch.

Reese will also be adding another Goose Box to its line to handle heavier trailers. Customers can expect to see the 20,000-pound version on the market in the coming weeks. Both the 16,000- and 20,000-pound products are specifically designed to not invalidate the manufacturer‟s warranty
