Building an efficient parts management system will be the topic of a day-long training session on Oct. 30, hosted by the RV Dealers Association (RVDA) of Canada in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
While many RV dealers may not have the resources to analyze the significance of every parts purchase, there are some basic strategies that can help when it comes time to choose what to sell and what to display when space is limited, according to a press release.
The “Many Parts to the Parts Workshop” is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Oct. 30, at the Four Points Sheraton Halifax. Presented by Wayne Mitchell, of GWN Marketing, the session will highlight successful parts management strategies as well “the art and a science of selling.”
