Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) members have a new hiring tool endorsed by RVDA through the RV Assistance Corp. (RVAC). RVDA’s endorsement of The Employment Network precedes the organization’s demonstration of this new staffing resource available to all members at the upcoming 2014 RV Dealers International Convention/Expo.
According to a press release, dealers can learn how to put The Employment Network to work at a special Vendor Training +Plus event at 2:45 p.m. Nov. 10. The Employment Network will present a session on this innovative new service, featuring Chief Business Development Officer Kristy Fallon and the director of the company’s automotive division, Maryellen Adams.
Using case studies, Fallon and Adams will demonstrate how they have simplified hiring and reduced the costs per hire for hundreds of clients. The Employment Network enables dealers to leverage a risk-free, performance-based system to recruit and staff for a variety of RV dealership positions — including sales, management and RV service technicians. The company maintains a partnership agreement with the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA), making The Employment Network an employment resource accessible to companies within the RV industry.
Through this service, The Employment Network enables dealers to customize postings based on desired level of experience, geographical coverage, and position with no minimum spending requirement, no long-term contracts, and no costs per post.
