The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) has welcomed several new staff members over the past six months throughout multiple departments as a continued reorganization initiative.

As reported by RVIA Today Express, the membership department has expanded with the addition of research analyst Matthew Hummel and Sarah Neely, senior manager, communications and marketing.

The administrative staff is growing to provide additional support and have welcomed Calvin Grant Jr., administrative assistant, Marcy Marsh, government affairs administrative assistant and Beverly Whitley, events administrative assistant.

Other appointments include:

• RVIA recently hired Wayne Atkins as the director of finance in late 2016 and Susan Everhart in early 2017 as the payroll and HR specialist.

• Samantha Rocci was brought on late last year as a government affairs analyst and Tammy Marko joined RVIA as the new IT Director in late 2016.

• The standards team gained a new inspector with the addition of Oliver Keultjes in March.

• John Proteau was promoted, effective April 1, from senior inspector to director of inspection services.  

In addition, RVIA will be bringing in a membership specialist, government affairs manager, events director and an attorney within the next couple of months.
