The RV Industry Association (RVIA) is presenting a recently updated version of the “Flying in Formation” training on Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Omega Event Center in Elkhart Ind.

Hosted by Michael Pangburn of Thor Industries Inc. and Lazydays General Counsel Harold Oehler, the event is designed to provide RV dealers and manufacturers with practical strategies and techniques to prevent consumer litigation by solving customer problems more quickly and efficiently.

According to RVIA, “If you’re a dealer or manufacturer personnel or attorney involved in handling customer claims, or a dealer principal or manager who wants to resolve litigation claims more quickly, you won’t want to miss this highly-rated training.
