Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) members are invited to take advantage of another opportunity to hear firsthand the association’s concept for a new trade show set to debut in the spring of 2019.

The next briefing will be Thursday (March 1) from 9-10:30 a.m.in Champions Hall at the RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart, Ind.

“One of the biggest questions is regarding the event location and dates, and our staff is currently investigating options that will be reviewed with RVIA’s Tradeshow and Events Committee soon,” stated RVIA President Frank Hugelmeyer.

In addition to speaking to members, RVIA has also reached out to key stakeholders and partners in the dealer community.

“We’ve had a series of meetings with individual companies and dealer groups, and I will be presenting our vision to the RVDA board in March,” noted Hugelmeyer. “As we move forward, dealer input, participation, and support are vital to our success. With that goal in mind, RVIA’s Tradeshow and Events Committee is announcing the creation of an advisory group that will include dealers and other industry partners to help shape and direct this new industry platform.”

He added, “Please stay tuned for additional information from RVIA as we will be moving quickly to build an event that propels the entire RV industry forward, sets a path for our future, and celebrates the achievements of our $50 billion RV industry.”
