Rvtripsetter.com, a new online campground reservation system offering 24/7 service, recently launched its sign-up program.
According to a press release, the service will attract new customers and fill sites that might otherwise have gone vacant by allowing RVers to book reservations around the clock.
The service meets the needs of a growing number of consumers making online transactions outside of normal business hours. Rvtripsetter.com said more than 60% of these transactions are made from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m., and more than 70% represent new customers for that business.
Rvtripsetter.com works in partnership with two of the largest and most popular directory websites – trailerlifedirectory.com and woodalls.com – which annually generate more than 5 million user sessions.
“The purpose of our service is to increase business for the campgrounds,” said Joe Daquino, multimedia division vice president/Trailer Life Directory and Woodall’s publisher. “Rvtripsetter.com is designed to help RV campground owners find customers for empty campsites.”
In addition, campgrounds are given control over their inventory – they decide how much inventory to make available and set their own rates and customer payment methods. Operators can also make changes in their inventory around the clock.
