Editor’s Note: Produced in partnership with the RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA), the RVWA Spotlight is designed to introduce its members to the rest of the RV industry while raising the awareness of RVWA and its mission to bring together a diverse group of extraordinary women and men from across the RV industry who, through social and educational programs, mentorship and networking opportunities, are inspired and empowered to realize their individual potential, enhance their career experiences and create opportunities for the next generation of women leaders.
Today’s RVWA spotlight features Cassy Eby, marketing administrator at Winnebago Towables, who also serves on the RVWA Marketing Committee.
Tell us a little bit about your job.
I help to support our sales team by producing product brochures, photography, POP, website and social media content, and much more!
What do you like best about your job?
My favorite part of my job is the variety of projects I get to work on each day. One day I could be taking photographs of a new interior and the next I might be out at an owner’s rally collecting product feedback.
Where else have you worked?
This is my first job out of college.
What was your first paid job?
My first paid job was as a hostess at a local restaurant when I was in high school.
What do you like best about the RV industry?
I like the pace of the industry — things change so quickly in this industry. I have to be on my toes to keep marketing materials relevant. It keeps me engaged in my work.
The one thing people might be surprised to know about me is…
I come from a family of 10 kids.
As a member of RVWA, I hope to…
Encourage other women to join the industry.
