ELKHART, Ind. – The RV Women’s Alliance will be showcasing its finished 2027 Chassis to Classy Vision Vehicle at Elkhart Open House this week, according to a video posted to the group’s official Youtube channel.
The custom travel trailer will be exhibited just inside the entry to the THOR Industries Inc. display at the RV/MH Hall of Fame grounds.
“Go straight through the THOR entry and head slightly to the right. Look for the RVWA flags,” said Susan Carpenter, RVWA president.
RVWA’s Chassis to Classy creates a Vision Vehicle, a fully built out RV, created through a shared visions of RVWA members and the sponsoring suppliers. These collective efforts of RV manufacturers, suppliers and industry partners create a true one of a kind RV. Once complete, the vehicle will be raffled, with proceeds directly supporting RVWA’s Charitable Foundation to help women thrive in the RV industry through education, mentorship and professional development programming.
“Chassis to Classy represents everything RV Women’s Alliance stands for — collaboration, opportunity and the power of community,” said Susan Carpenter, president of RVWA. “This project showcases what’s possible when our industry comes together with a shared purpose, while creating meaningful impact that extends far beyond the vehicle itself.”
The Vision Vehicle is also being raffled off, with the winner being announced in March 2027. Entries can be purchased here.
