Lazydays RV General Counsel Harold Oehler and Scott Folkers from Winnebago Industries Inc. will be providing RVX attendees with proven techniques used by RV dealers and manufacturers to prevent lawsuits and resolve customer issues. RVIA News & Insights reported that the session is slated to run March 14 from 10-11:45 a.m.
The popular one-and-a-half-hour presentation is designed to provide RV dealers and manufacturers with practical strategies and techniques to prevent consumer litigation by solving their customer’s problems more quickly and efficiently.
“This is the most valuable presentation I’ve seen in over 40 years of attending RV programs,” said Randy Biles of Pikes Peak RV.
The session was created in collaboration between the RV Industry Association (RVIA) and the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA), as well as some of the top attorneys from across the country who specialize in representing RV dealers and manufacturers.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about key laws impacting dealers, how you can prevent problems before the sale ever occurs, and how you can partner with the manufacturer to resolve customer issues and effectively respond to claims.
