The California RV Show, taking place Oct. 6-15 at the Pomona Fairplex, is sending space applications out to manufacturer and supplier members within the next couple of weeks. The deadline to submit an application at the reduced rate early bird pricing and space drawing is May 12.

According to a press release, the new show layout will have room for 1,325 RVs in one million-square-feet of space with a beautifully landscaped campground front entrance. Manufacturers will be bringing their new 2018 models for the public to see for the first time.

Exciting entertainment has been lined up including a cooking demonstration by Ultimate Camp Cooking that will feature a mac & cheese eating contest. There will also be an archery demonstration by Frank Addington who will shoot a baby aspirin in half. Attendees will also see celebrities such as entertainer Mario Lopez, football legend Eric Dickerson of the L.A. Rams and basketball legend James Worthy of the L.A. Lakers.

This show, hosted by the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA), is in its 65th year and remains the longest running RV show in the U.S. This popular event attracts over 40,000 guests, including seasoned RVers, Millennials, weekend warriors and many first-time buyers.
