The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) reported a 9% increase in dealership attendance for its 9th Annual Trade Show & Convention Sept. 8-10 at the Music City Center in Nashville, Tenn. (To view a slideshow scroll to the right side of the RVBUSINESS.com home page).
“We are very proud to announce that our show has grown immensely since last year,” said NATDA President Andy Ackerman in a press release, noting the show attracted a total of 486 dealerships.
The weekend kicked off with dealer education on Sept. 8 with eight courses designed to “bring dealerships to the next level highlighted by keynote speaker Bob Clements of Bob Clements International delivering a seminar entitled “Dare to Be Different.” Following dealer education, H&H Trailers hosted a dealer reception at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel.
The morning of Sept. 9, LINK Trailer Parts hosted “Exclusive Technical Training” providing dealers with hands-on technical training from experts with Blue Ox, PullRite and Cequent Performance Products.
This year’s show featured the New Product Display where dealers voted for the best new product of the season. The winners include:

3rd Place – Gen-Y Hitch GH-1224
The first day of the trade show was closed out by Redneck Trailer Supplies who hosted the “Redneck Honky Tonk.” Dealers from every state, plus Canadian retailers, walked the halls on Sept. 9–10 networking and checking out the latest in industry innovation.
The 10th annual trade show will run Sept. 7-9, 2017, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.
