Sobel University’s comprehensive sales courses offered in Tacoma and Atlanta will have expanded curriculum this winter with the addition of management training to each full day of class.
“Many of our long-term clients have seen career managers retire successfully in the industry. Their replacements need to be given the same management tools.” said President Randy Sobel.
Management training will take place after the normal curriculum each day. Topics include, but are not limited to: desking strategies, inventory management through product selection, employee development, leadership skills, how to conduct daily training, how to correct employee behaviors, and lead development. Management training is included at no additional charge for registered attendees.
The comprehensive sales course program is a “boot camp” class for new and experienced salespeople and managers. Students can expect a challenging eight hours of classroom instruction with homework every night and exams every day. Students are also put into role playing situations to sharpen their skills. Dealers have reported a drastic increase in sales volume upon their staff’s successful completion of this class. With five experience levels, salespeople can expect a challenge whether it is their first attendance or their fifteenth.
