The South Carolina State Park Service partnered with ReserveAmerica to offer online reservations for the more than 40 facilities in the state’s park system that offer overnight and/or day-use accommodations
According to a press release, the service will allow consumers to search online and reserve campsites, cabins/villas and other recreation facilities available throughout South Carolina.
“We are proud to launch both phone and online reservation services for the historic and beautiful state parks of South Carolina,” remarked Seth Rosenberg, vice president of business development for Mississauga, Ontario, Canada-based ReserveAmerica.
“We’ve broadened access to our facilities by making it easier to find them and make reservations,” said Van Stickles, director of the South Carolina State Park Service. “Customers are already familiar with booking hotel and airline reservations this way, so we’ve brought state parks up to that standard.”
