Spartan Specialty Vehicles’ K3 605 Class A diesel chassis, on display at this week’s RVX: The RV Experience in Salt Lake City, is designed to offer a more responsive ride along with added maneuverability, according to a press release.

In addition, the chassis features Spartan’s Advanced Protection System (APS), a driver assistance and integrated collision mitigation system that helps drivers avoid accidents and provides proactive alerts when attention is critical.

“We constantly analyze the feedback we receive from customers on our chassis systems, from our 24/7/365 support and network of hundreds of North American authorized service centers,” said Steve Guillaume, president of Spartan Specialty Vehicles. “The superior driving performance available in the K3 605 chassis allows our customers to drive those long winding roads, turn tight corners, and easily move through and park in tight campground spaces. Spartan offers this chassis with our award-winning Connected Coach technology, which features an easy-to-read and navigate digital dash instrument panel and display.”

Spartan’s Connected Coach digital display system offers an intuitive user interface, complete with custom coach information like auto leveling, tire pressure monitoring, and Spartan APS integration. It provides the added convenience of keyless entry and push-button start technology. This market offering was inspired by the design of luxury SUV digital dashboards.

Spartan will be offering hands-on technical demonstrations of Spartan Connected Coach at RVX while Spartan representatives will be assisting dealer sales professionals in signing up for Spartan Reward$, a program that pays for each coach sold on a Spartan chassis. Representatives will also be available to provide dealers and service centers the opportunity to join Spartan’s network of authorized service Ccnters.
