Year-over-year Canadian motorhome sales declined 35% for the first two months of 2019, according to the latest report from Statistical Surveys Inc.

Thor Industries Inc. was the Canadian motorhome sales leader through February, capturing a 53.8% market share, followed by Forest River Inc. (25.8%), REV Group (7.5%) and Winnebago Industries Inc. (6.5%).

Class A registrations tumbled 30.6% for the two months. Thor was No. 1 in the category for the month with a 38.2% market share, ahead of Forest River (20.6%) and REV (17.6%).

In the Class C segment, sales declined 37.2% through February. Thor held the top spot with a 62.7% market share followed by Forest River (28.8%) and Winnebago (5.1%).
