Year-over-year Canadian motorhome sales fell 8.6% for the first three months of 2018, according to the latest report from Statistical Surveys Inc.
Thor Industries Inc. was the Canadian motorhome sales leader through March, capturing a 63.7% market share, followed by Forest River Inc. (19.8%) and Winnebago Industries Inc. (6.4%).
Class A registrations tumbled 13% for the three months. Thor was No. 1 in the category with a 31.8% market share, ahead of Forest River (23.4%) and Winnebago (15%).
In the Class C segment, sales declined 7.1% through March. Thor held the top spot with a 74.1% market share followed by Forest River (18.6%) and Winnebago (3.7%).
