Year-over-year Canadian motorhome sales were down 12.6% for the first six months of 2019, according to the latest report from Statistical Surveys Inc.

Thor Industries Inc. was the Canadian motorhome sales leader through June, capturing a 42.7% market share, followed by Forest River Inc. (39.5%)  and Winnebago Industries Inc. (6.9%).

Class A registrations fell 16.3% for the six months as Thor was No. 1 in the category with a 39.6% market share, ahead of Forest River (20.3%) and REV Recreation Group (12.7%).

In the Class C segment, sales declined 11.3% through June. Forest River held the top spot with a 46.2% market share followed by Thor (43.8%) and Winnebago (6.7%).
