RVDA Workshop to Focus on Providing Better Warranty Service
Sunny skies await Convention/Expo attendees in Vegas this week.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. – As RVDA staff members and dealers started arriving at Paris Las Vegas on Sunday, a feeling of relief settled over the venue. Having braved the rumored delays and cancellations at airports around the country, the attendees were ready to say, “We did it, now let’s get started.”

Some of the members arrived earlier in the weekend for adjacent events such as Brown & Brown’s F&I school.

On Sunday evening, a small gathering honored Karin Van Duyse, the executive director of the Mike Molino Learning Center, who retired in June. Jeff Pastore, RV Learning Center chairman, praised Van Duyse and thanked her for her years of work on programs and educational sessions that she helped organize. He said she will be missed.

“When I first started, Mike Molino took me aside and told me the RV industry kind of functions like a big family and the RVDA kind of operates the same way,” Van Duyse said. “I just want to say thank you and that it’s been my pleasure to work for this organization in helping make it what it is today.”

Convention attendees should have received emails with log-in credentials that will help in the registration process as many arrive on today.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. For more information, visit https://www.rvda.org/Convention.
