Starcraft RV announced that the 2018 GPS travel trailer earned 2018 Top RV Debut honors and was selected as a 2018 finalist for RV of the Year honors by RVBusiness.

According to a press release, the GPS is designed to improve the outdoor living experience with ample storage, a 100-gallon fresh water capacity, concealed battery with a dedicated in-floor access door and an optional outdoor deck

A v-nose design supports the patent-pending Sport Locker compartment, a walk-in cargo room with 750 pounds of capacity that delivers 159 cubic feet of storage space. This lockable space sits atop Starcraft’s designed tongue, accessed by a full-height door and features a sloped, aerodynamic, wedge-shaped fiberglass roof.

The GPS is offered in five attractive floorplans, two featuring a rear porch with optional custom-fitted screen room. The porch closes tightly against the rear of the unit similar to a toy hauler, while the patio is accessible through sliding glass doors on the rear wall.

The GPS was officially recognized during the RV of the Year Award Show by RV Business, produced by “Rollin’ on TV.” The show aired on Feb. 11, 2018 on many cable outlets and is currently running on the RVBUSINESS.com website.

“In order to build innovative products such as the GPS, it really does take an army.  A special thanks to our product development group, engineering team and our vendor partners for helping bring this project to fruition,” stated Marc Hauser, vice president of towable sales and product development. “I can’t thank everyone enough who had hands on this project. It’s been an amazing journey.”
