The Nasdaq composite closed higher for the third consecutive day while the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed lower on Wednesday.

The Nasdaq gained 47 points, or 2.5%, putting it 16% above the 29-month low it hit last week. Optimism about the demand for semiconductors, software and telecommunications equipment fueled the rally.

Meanwhile, the Dow lost 89 points, or 0.9%, on Wednesday.

RV company stocks were mixed and several were unchanged. Here is a roundup of Wednesday’s activity:

Winnebago gained 6 cents to close at $17.01

Thor declined 16 cents to close at $20.94

Coachmen gained 10 cents to close at $9.00

Monaco declined 45 cents to close at $17.16

National RV gained 1 cent to close at $8.98

Skyline gained 13 cents to close at $22.18

SMC was unchanged at $3.30

Holiday RV Superstores declined 17 cents to close at $2.88

Rexhall was unchanged at $4.90

Kit was unchanged at $3.10

Coast Distribution was unchanged at 62 cents

Featherlite was unchanged at $1.77

Spartan Motors gained 26 cents to close at $2.40

Starcraft gained 35 cents to close at $1.60
