EverGreen Recreational Vehicles LLC’s customer service and parts center announced the addition of RV warranty veteran Bill Stout to the team.
According to a press release, the freestanding service center will include new customer parts, service, and warranty software to better serve both customers and dealers. Stout will lead the warranty tech and care department, overseeing daily warranty administration and working with claims, customer care and support.
“The customer and their satisfaction always comes first at EverGreen,” said Stout. “Maintaining good, longstanding relationships with our customers and helping them have the best experience with our products is my driving force. ”
Stout has nearly 25 years in the RV industry, over 15 of those years being spent in warranty and support. Throughout his career he has attended vendor product training and assertiveness seminars.
“Bringing Bill onto our customer service and parts center team was a simple decision,” stated Director of Warranty Tony Chupp. “We look for people committed to customer satisfaction and an extensive career in the industry. Bill surpasses our standards by constantly going above and beyond for our customers and working to make their experience even better.”
Stout graduated from Indiana University South Bend with a degree in business communications.
