James V. Stover, who headed Jayco Inc.’s engineering group for three years prior to retiring in 1999, has rejoined the Middlebury, Ind.-based manufacturer of towables and motorhomes, according to Derald Bontrager, president and COO.
Stover’s new title is vice president – product engineering and services. He will oversee all of Jayco’s product engineering, quality assurance and aftermarket services activities, Bontrager said.
A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Stover is a certified manufacturing engineer and member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
In addition to his time at Jayco, Stover, during a 30-year career, has worked for Starcraft Automotive Corp., Winnebago Industries Inc., Holiday Rambler Corp. and Boeing Aircraft Corp.
