A new study conducted by RVShark.com, an RV-oriented website offering reviews of campgrounds and parks, reveals that a helpful staff, clean grounds, and a swimming pool are the three qualities most often cited by RVers as reasons for liking an RV park.
According to a press release, RVShark.com analyzed opinions submitted by RVers between January 2004 and March 2005. Only U.S. RV parks that received mostly favorable reviews were considered.
RVShark.com identified 80 distinct attributes cited by guests. Rounding out the top ten qualities were: reasonable rates; scenic setting; clean bathroom facilities; quiet surroundings; available pull-through sites; and large sites.
Lower on the list were free wireless Internet access and a shuttle service to nearby attractions.
