Suburban Mfg., a division of Airxcel Inc., announced the promotion of Mitch Cornelius to product manager.
According to a press release, Cornelius started with Suburban about two years ago as a product engineer, playing a critical role in the design and development of new products. In his new role, Cornelius will work closely with OEM product managers and design teams to develop new, innovative cooking and heating appliance solutions.
Cornelius graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2011 with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering. Prior to joining Suburban, he served as a design engineer, project engineer and field service manager for various companies throughout the Midwest and in the U.K.
According to Art Klee, Suburban Mfg. president, “Mitch has been a significant asset to the development of Suburban appliances since he started. His knowledge of our products, our customers and their applications will assist us in developing new innovative products for the RV industry.”
