Travel trailer and fifth-wheel manufacturer SunnyBrook RV Inc. recently celebrated its 10th anniversary with an open house for employees, vendors, customers and other guests at its facilities in Middlebury, Ind.
SunnyBrook completed its first unit on March 22, 1992, and the company has produced over 22,500 travel trailers and fifth-wheels since then.
The company was founded by Elvie Frey Sr., Tommy Thornton, Susan Kalb Yoder and David Fought. It now has 175 employees and operates out of an 85,000 square foot factory and a 30,000 square foot warehouse on over 90 acres.
The company’s flagship brands are the SunnyBrook and Mobile Scout and it also builds “a more economical line of travel trailers and fifth-wheels” under the SunnyLite, or SL, name. Both series range from 24 to 34 feet long and the majority of floorplans include slideouts.
