SunnyBrook RV Inc. recently introduced the Sunset Creek travel trailer and fifth-wheel series, replacing the Sonata as the least expensive of SunnyBrook’s products. Later this year, the Middlebury, Ind., manufacturer also will introduce the Brookside, a mid-priced towable that includes several mid-profile fifth-wheel models. Approximately 20 floorplans will be available for 2006 in each brand. Sunset Creek is equipped with up to two slideouts retailing for a base price of $18,000. Built on an aluminum superstructure with a wood-trussed roof and aluminum sidewalls, the Sunset Creek features enclosed and heated tanks, porcelain toilets and overhead slideout cabinets. “We are moving into the entry-level price point,” said a company spokesman. “That is new for the company. We’ve tried to take a lot of mid-level features and compact them into an entry-level trailer.” The Brookside, with both travel trailer and fifth-wheel floorplans featuring aluminum-and fiberglass construction, is expected to be available at the upcoming 43rd Annual RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky.
