Eclipse RV Inc., Riverside, Calif., displayed its recently introduced Milan line of conventional travel trailers at the RV Dealer Convention in Las Vegas, representing the regional builder’s first offering outside of the sport utility recreational vehicle (SURV) arena. “We incorporated a lot of the things we were doing in our toy haulers into the Milan travel trailers,” said Tim Cassaro, sales manager, noting that Eclipse made its name with its “mainstay” Attitude and Stellar SURV lines. Extending Eclipse’s marketing strategy for its toy haulers, Milan trailers offer a wide range of models and amenities with 14 floorplans featuring 18- to 38-foot lengths, one to four sliderooms and MSRP’s from $12,500 to $60,000. Models offer fiberglass-and-aluminum or wood-and-aluminum construction. Standard features also reflect the company’s toy hauler heritage with a wide-track axle system, off-road suspension, 5,200-pound axles and fully insulated floors, walls and roof. The interior is accented with “West Coast” style radius cabinetry, dark walnut cabinetry and wood floors. Options include a 100-gallon water tank and a skylight in the slideout.
