According to a press release, TRA President Bob Tanger traveled to Ontario, Canada, last week to sign an accreditation contract with the Standards Council of Canada. This accreditation provides TRA with the opportunity to provide all manufacturers of RVs, park models, and manufactured/modular structures shipping to Canada with a timely and cost-effective service. TRA is also working with a leading designated import organization that has opened the door for more efficient industry exporting to Canada.
“We are very pleased to be able to provide this service to our customers in the U.S. industry,” said Tanger. “It is well-known that TRA has been the leader in providing third-party accredited services of this type in all of the United States for over 40 years.”
Many regulatory accreditations and industry awards have been given to TRA over the years, among them the Hall of Fame Award bestowed last year by the Modular Building Institute. “Without a doubt, TRA is living up to the expectations of its clients by receiving this new accreditation from the Standards Council of Canada to provide a locally based, cost efficient and effective service to all,” said Tanger.
