RV technicians will have an opportunity to take a written RVDA-RVIA RV Service Technician Certification Test during the 2016 RV Dealers International Convention Expo in Las Vegas. Both the registered level and the certification level tests will be offered Nov. 9 at 1 p.m.
According to a release, no walk-ins will be accommodated. Technicians interested in testing must complete and submit a test application to the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) by Oct. 19. Only current registered level technicians and previously certified technicians are eligible to take the Certified technician test.

- Registered Technician test application fee is $150
- Certified Technician test application fee is $325
The industry’s technician certification program is administered by RVDA and RVIA under the auspices of the RV Service Technician Certification Governing Board.
