Thetford Corp. announced the launch of its “new and improved website,” Thetford.com, designed to provide an improved experience and help users learn about Thetford and Norcold’s industry-leading products.
The Ann Arbor, Mich.-based supplier reported in a press release that the website is also designed to support Thetford’s valued trade partners and provide tools to serve them. For example, RVers can access an expanded search function to locate the dealer nearest to their current location – wherever they are in the U.S. and Canada. The search function also features a zip code search.
Dealers also benefit from the site’s dealer support portal, conversion charts, updates and warranty information.
“Our new website is designed to maintain our close relationship with all trade partners and customers,” said Barry Eckel, Thetford vice president of sales and marketing, The Americas. “Its user-friendly interface and appealing design make it even easier for consumers, dealers, distributors and manufacturers to research our products online.”
The easy-to-use site offers images of virtually all Thetford products, along with product features and recommended applications. RVers can compare the range of offerings in a product line to find those that meet their needs. They can also view product manuals and FAQs, along with contact information.
Thetford’s new, clean-looking website utilizes a state-of-the-art responsive design to make it usable on mobile and tablet devices, which RVers are increasingly using to access the Internet.
“We wanted our industry-leading products to have an industry-leading online home,” Eckel said. “The more customers are informed about Thetford products, the more likely they are to buy and be satisfied with their purchase.”
