Ann Arbor, Mich.-based Thetford Corp. announced the introduction of Aqua-Kem Shotz, the industry’s first micro-concentrated holding tank deodorant.
In a press release, Vice President of Sales and Marketing Barry Eckel reported that Shotz “represents the RV sanitation expert’s ongoing commitment to providing RVers with the highest-quality products possible.”
He added, “Aqua-Kem is the industry’s leading deodorant name. Shotz is a small – but mighty – micro-concentrated version that takes the name to a new level of convenience.”
RVers simply drop a 2-inch by 2-inch Shotz packet (smaller than Aqua-Kem Toss-Ins) into the holding tank for “the same powerful waste digestion and superior odor control that RVers expect from Aqua-Kem,” the release stated.
In response to customer requests, Shotz comes in a space-saving jar that’s easy to grip, recyclable and has a wide mouth that makes it easy to dispense the product.
Also featuring a unique eye-catching retail label and a scratch-and-sniff sticker on its lid, the jar holds 24 doses – the largest-ever, single-consumer retail SKU that Thetford has ever made.
“It all adds up to a great product for all RVers, especially frequent users and full-timers,” Eckel said.
