Thor Industries Inc. stock reached a new 52-week high today (July 26) for the second day in a row.
Thor, which builds transit buses in addition to motorhomes and towable RVs, saw its stock climb to $35.73 a share today before closing at $35.68, up 18 cents.
Meanwhile, Spartan Motors Inc., the diesel pusher chassis supplier which saw its stock reach new 52-week highs on several recent trading days, saw its stock decline 41 cents today to close at $5.59.
Spartan issued its second quarter earnings report today. Although its profits were up, Spartan’s motorhome chassis sales revenue was down. However, Spartan reported higher total revenue due to increased sales of custom fire truck chassis.
