Tiffin Motorhomes Inc. will introduce a 31-foot, triple-slide version of its diminutive Allegro Breeze diesel pusher motorhome during the ”America’s Largest RV Show” in Hershey, Pa., that started Monday (Sept. 12) and is expected to draw large crowds through Sunday.
”We are offering something that our customers have been asking for,” said Trent Tiffin, grandson of Tiffin founder Bob Tiffin, who works in the Red Bay, Ala., company’s marketing department.
Built on Tiffin’s proprietary 24,500-pound PowerGlide chassis equipped with a 275-hp Cummins diesel engine, the 31BR will have a larger bedroom and more open living area with a regular-size dinette.
”Adding the bedroom slideout opened up everything else,” Tiffin said. ”We were able to step around the door areas so we could add the dinette with a computer workstation.”
Other features include more bedroom storage, a larger cooktop, solid-wood cabinets and solid-surface countertops.
The 31BR, as well as the 32BR, a 32-foot double-slide floorplan, comprise the Breeze lineup.
MSRP for the 31BR is approximately $238,525.
Sponsored by the Pennsylvania Recreation Vehicle and Camping Association (PRVCA), a large retail turnout is expected at the Hershey Show where Industry Days for dealers only began on Tuesday and will continue today.
Last year, the Hershey show attracted more than 52,000 visitors.
