North Carolina-based dealer Tom Johnson Camping Center announced today (April 10) the donation of $13,841 to Shriners Hospitals for Children. According to a press release, Tom Johnson Camping Center set aside March to be “Shriners Hospitals for Children Month” and is donating a portion of the proceeds from its RV sales.

“We are extremely excited to accept this donation from Tom Johnson Camping Center,” said Illustrious Sir H. Mike Cook, Potentate, Oasis Shriners. “Shriners Hospitals for Children provides care to children in many key areas and performs valuable research and instruction for the medical community and this donation goes a long way towards assisting in these efforts.”

“Tom Johnson Camping Center was only able to raise these funds by the grace of our customers and hard work of our employees,” said Tom Johnson, president, Tom Johnson Camping Center. “Thanks go to all of those individuals for making this possible and providing these funds to aid Shriners Hospitals for Children.”

Shriners Hospitals for Children provides care to children with neuromusculoskeletal conditions, burn injuries and other specialized healthcare needs.
