The Landmark 365, a high-end fifth-wheel manufactured by Heartland Recreational Vehicles, a division of Thor Industries Inc., continues to be an important player in the Elkhart, Ind., manufacturer’s lineup. “Affordable full-time luxury is what we like to call it,” said Landmark General Manager Tom Montague. Although available in four configurations, three of which have a front bedroom while the fourth features a front bath, each multi-slideout LM365 offers a mid-level kitchen with center island and rear living area. All four models sit on two 8,000-pound axles with interiors offering 8-foot width and 13-foot, 3-inch height. Lengths range from 41 feet, 1 inch to 42 feet, 9 inches while tank capacity is 104 gallons for fresh water and 84 gallons each for gray and black. On the inside, the LM365 offers a motorhome-like power management system, induction cooktop, solid maple interiors, LG solid surface countertops, a 22-cubic-foot Samsung residential refrigerator and a Waveland Sleep System. The units retail in the $110,000-$120,000 range.
