KVH Industries’ TracVision LF in-motion satellite TV system now is standard equipment on all new motorhomes built by Newell Coach Corp., the Miami, Okla.-based builder of highline coaches.
“Mobile satellite TV is clearly an amenity that coach owners not only desire but require aboard their new vehicles,” according to Ian Palmer, KVH’s vice president of satellite sales. “We look forward to working with Newell Coach to bring outstanding performance and digital satellite TV entertainment to their discerning customers.”
Earlier, Middletown, R.I.-based KVH entered into an agreement with Fleetwood Enterprises Inc. making the TracVision line of satellite TV antennas available as an option on 2003 model year units.
Rexhall Industries Inc. also pre-wires its Class A motorhomes for use with TracVision antennas so it would be easier for Rexhall dealers to install TracVision systems as an aftermarket purchase.
Featherlite Inc., another highline motor-coach producer, also offers the TracVision LF in-motion satellite TV system as standard equipment on all of its 2003 Vantare models.
StagParkway Inc. also distributes TracVision systems to more than 3,000 RV and truck dealerships.
