Doug Christiansen, a senior trainer for Joe Verde who teaches ‘train-the-trainer workshops’ for dealers and managers, will make his RVDA Convention/Expo debut during the workshop, ‘Get Them All – Whether They Click or Call!’

During this workshop, attendees will learn:

- Effective ways to use text, email, and other smartphone features more effectively.
- 12 simple ways to create that ‘sense of urgency’ in a prospect’s mind on every call or lead.
Christiansen is an expert on sales, closing, negotiating, lead development and customer retention. He began his career in the automobile business in 1987 as a salesperson and during his years in the industry, Doug has been a sales manager, business development manager, F&I manager and general manager.
