Urgent.ly Roadside Assistance announced a partnership with Tredit Tire and Wheel Co., a distributor of tires to RV and trailer OEMs across North America.
According to a press release, Urgent.ly will provide a full suite of roadside assistance services for Tredit’s end-user customers, including digital dispatch, real-time status updates and live-tracking.
The new Tredit Advantage program, powered by Urgent.ly, provides digitally connected services for flat-tire change, towing, car-lockout, and jump start, covering both the tow vehicle and the trailer. Urgent.ly also offers the ability to request service via a traditional dedicated phone line as well as a Tredit-branded native mobile application, available on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
With a digitally connected service network of over 45,000 roadside assistance service vehicles, a 24/7/365 customer support team, live-tracking, and real-time status updates, Urgent.ly delivers a solution that “drives customer loyalty and operational efficiency,” the release stated.
