Truma expands service network

Truma is continuing its focus on customer support with the opening of four new service centers in the U.S., adding to its existing facility in Lakeland, Fla.

According to a press release, Truma has hired two experienced mobile service technicians in Arizona and Colorado and will soon hire two more in California and Oregon to support the growing number of customers.

Shane Dorais will be working out of the Colorado Springs area and Todd Bowen will have responsibility for the Phoenix area. Truma mobile service techs will install and service the Truma AquaGo hybrid on-demand water heater for customers wanting to upgrade their hot water experience.

“Our customers are spreading the news about the Truma AquaGo, sharing how great it is to shower in their RVs the way they are used to showering at home. Customers are anxious to swap out their existing water heaters for the Truma AquaGo and we want to help them get the product installed without a wait,” said Gerhard Hundsberger, president and CEO of Truma North America.

Truma mobile service techs will travel to their customer’s campground sites or homes to perform installations or routine service on Truma products.

Hundsberger continued, “Truma is dedicated to supporting customers with service on our systems throughout the life of the product. We will continue to add more mobile service techs as needed throughout the United States and Canada.”

In addition, Truma will soon break ground at its North American headquarters in Elkhart, Ind., which will also feature a service center.

“We are proud of Truma’s reputation for outstanding service after almost 70 years in the RV industry and are happy to expand service throughout North America,” said Hundsberger.
