Truma Managing Director Robert Strauss (L) and HR Manager Uta Neuner with Top Jop mentor Wolfgang Clement

Truma, a company that specializes in towable and motorhome accessories, has been awarded the Top Job seal for the first time.

According to a press release, the award singles out the best employers among medium-sized companies in Germany. Truma was recognized by judges for excellent employer qualities in the areas of staff development, training, individual responsibility and ideas management. The family-owned company also scored well for the helpful and considerate atmosphere between colleagues, its social company culture and numerous employee benefits.

The seal is based on a comprehensive staff survey of the participating companies, organized by the zeag GmbH Centre for Employer Attractiveness. Academic supervision of the benchmarking exercise is provided by the Institute of Leadership and Human Resource Management at the University of St. Gallen.

Truma Managing Director Robert Strauss and HR Manager Uta Neuner received the award on Feb. 23 in Berlin from Top Job mentor Wolfgang Clement, a former Federal Minister for Economic Affairs. “We are proud to have been awarded the seal at our first attempt,” says Robert Strauß. “We offer our employees an open, modern environment that lets them work flexibly and efficiently across teams and contribute their own ideas. The Top Job award is a great incentive for us to make ourselves even more attractive as an employer.”
