Truma will be holding a service training session at the Aparicio-Levy Technical College in Tampa, Fla., June 26-28 in cooperation with the Florida Recreational Vehicle Travel Association (FRVTA).

According to a press release, technicians can complete the training by attending a one day, 8-hour course focused around classroom presentation, hands-on troubleshooting and repair of the Truma Combi furnace/water heater combination unit and the Truma AquaGo hybrid instant water heater. The training also gives technicians eight hours towards their RV Industry Association (RVIA) recertification upon a passing grade on an evaluation test given at the conclusion of the day.

Billy DiDonato, technical sales rep and head trainer for Truma, will be leading the service training.

“Truma is excited to present this hands on training to service technicians in Florida so they can feel comfortable with our products since they are now installed on so many RV’s,” DiDonato said.

DiDonato has been with Truma for almost three years teaches technicians all over North America about Truma and their products.
