Turning Wheel Holdings Inc., a multi-location RV dealership based in the Southeast, has reached an agreement with Monaco Coach Corp. to open a service center and dealership at the former Monaco service facility in Elkhart, Ind.
The Turning Wheel RV center will be an authorized service and warranty center for all of Monaco’s brands including Monaco, Holiday Rambler, Beaver, Safari and McKenzie. The dealership will also offer Monaco brand gas and diesel motorhomes for sale.
“We are extremely pleased Turning Wheel RV will continue to provide the expert service our customers are accustomed to,” said John Nepute, president of Coburg, Ore.-based Monaco. “We were committed to retaining a major service presence in the Midwest, and this service center in Elkhart, staffed with experienced and trained technicians, is a vital component of servicing our customers.”
“This agreement is an important step for Turning Wheel toward becoming a national provider of RV sales and service capabilities,” said Marco Martinez, president of Turning Wheel. “The Monaco product enjoys one of the finest reputations in our industry and we are honored that they have chosen us to assume operation of this facility and service their loyal Midwest customers.
“As we broaden our platform, having our sales and service capabilities in close proximity offers a clear advantage for customers and RV owners, and is the model we will pursue as we continue to grow and expand our business footprint nationwide.”
Turning Wheel RV Center is headquartered in Ocala, Fla., with seven other locations in Mississippi, Alabama, West Virginia and Georgia.
