In this episode of RVBusiness Capitol Talk, sponsored by Airxcel, Michilah Grimes, Social Impact Strategist, Corporate Partnerships, Lippert, and Heather Ek Lead Purchasing Manager, Coachmen RV, talk about the RV industry’s fifth annual All-Industry Volunteer Day, which is Wednesday, May 20, at the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds.

The two are seeking additional volunteers to help this event be a success.

Hosted by the RV Industry Association (RVIA)’s Sustainability Committee, volunteers from all sectors of the industry come together to participate in restoration and enhancement projects for the fairground’s recreation and campground facilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the local community while bringing together all sectors of the RV industry.

Registrants can participate all day or in shifts:

All Day (8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
8:30 – 11:30 a.m.
11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
2:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Please note: The bulk of the project work will be done during the first two shifts with the third shift focused on final finishes and clean-up.

More information, including detailed meetup instructions, will be sent to all volunteers once the number of volunteers and specific project groupings have been finalized.
